When weather conditions permit, we'll leave the flowers outside if we determine the area is adequately protected. The recipient will receive a text notification once the flowers have been left. For deliveries to apartment buildings or condos, we'll leave the flowers with the concierge and send a text notification. If the temperature is unsuitable for leaving the flowers outside, we will contact you to discuss alternative delivery arrangements on a different day, with an additional fee applied.
